How long do your microgreens stay fresh?

Our greens are harvested fresh for each delivery. When stored properly—dry and refrigerated—they can hold up for 10 to 14 days. Some chefs report longer, but we like to stay conservative.

Do you offer sample trays before we commit?

Yes. We offer complimentary clamshells for restaurants, caterers, and food service professionals. Just let us know what you’d like to try and when you’re prepping your next menu.

What is your delivery schedule?

We currently deliver in Southeast Michigan. Most orders go out on Tuesdays and Fridays. Let us know your kitchen hours or preferred drop time—we’ll work with your rhythm.

Can we customize our order or tray sizes?

Absolutely. We offer full trays, bulk harvests, and retail-sized clamshells. Let us know how your kitchen runs and we’ll match it.

What’s your order minimum for restaurants or caterers?

We recommend starting with 2–4 trays weekly. We have a 2-tray delivery minimum to keep things fresh and sustainable.

What’s your best tip for shelf life?

Keep them cold (34–38°F), unwashed, and dry in the original packaging. They’re living greens—airflow matters, too.

Are your greens pre-washed?

No. We don’t pre-wash to preserve freshness and shelf life. Please rinse before plating based on your kitchen’s standards.
