KIJANIPRINT is an indoor microfarm in Detroit run by a mother and daughter. We grow in small, steady batches and keep within our capacity so the greens arrive in good shape. Hand harvested and chilled fast for kitchen use.
The Green Print for Quality Microgreens
Microgreens are young vegetable greens harvested early for flavor and freshness. They behave somewhere between herbs and salad greens. Easy to add to sandwiches, bowls, eggs, or warm dishes. Fresh food for everyday kitchens.
What We Grow
We grow soil grown microgreens including Pea Shoots, Radish, Broccoli, Arugula, Mustard, and Beet. Harvested in small batches and packed cold for fast use.
Available in:

How to Use
Microgreens are more than a garnish. They are a concentrated boost of vitamins for your daily life.
Arugula over fries
Pea shoots into smoothies
Broccoli on sandwiches
Radish for crunch in bowls
Beet on eggs or avocado
Why Soil + Indoor Tents
We grow indoors in soil because it gives the plant structure, flavor, and consistency.
Temperature and humidity stay steady, even in February.
Greens cut from soil hold their shape when chilled and behave well on the plate.
Seven Day Shelf Standard
Freshness has a timeline. We follow a seven day shelf standard. Anything unsold by day seven is pulled while it still holds its shape. From there, it goes to Detroit Community Fridges. Nothing is wasted and the plant’s work is respected.

We hand harvest and chill greens in small batches.
We know what we can supply each week without compromising quality.
Detroit Access + Last Mile Logic
Fresh food should not be limited to weekend markets or upscale restaurants. Indoor growing opens new lanes for access. We place greens into the stores and spaces where people already shop, cook, and live.
Help Us Grow Our Green Print
We want to put fresh, soil-grown microgreens in every neighborhood shop. If your favorite local store has refrigerated shelf space; let us know. We prioritize EBT-authorized locations within a walkable half-mile of your home. We manage the inventory and handle the deliveries ourselves. Any greens not sold within our seven-day window go straight to Detroit Community Fridges. Your suggestion helps us close the distance gap for everyone in our community. Let’s make fresh food a standard; not a luxury.
